Jake quickly has learned the ropes of getting an accurate and timely bid out to our customers. When a bid is requested, Jake is the one to make sure you get you the Proposal you need.

For half a decade now, Marc has been making sure our team has paychecks, the bills are paid and our books are in-order. He always provides an accurate account of our business. He also enjoys clowning-around as an excellent guitar player in his band too!

Joe Fletcher

I have been managing and installing floors since I was 15 years old. Now several decades later, I am grateful to work with my family and friends. I enjoy business relationships where we fit together as a symbiotic team. For fun, I like to watch movies, read technical books, and BBQ with good people.

Charles Cline

I currently handle both PM and Admin duties here at Fletcher Floors. When I’m not working; I enjoy listening to Music, Podcasts, reading and watching videos on Technology or science.

Sonia Arellano

I’ve been a Project Manager with Fletcher Floors for a decade now. I take pleasure in ensuring my clients’ happiness with their projects. Outside work, I enjoy camping and exploring new food spots. I’m here to assist however I can and feel free to reach out anytime!

Michael Fletcher

I love visiting job sites all over Southern California. Before recently moving into a Sales Rep position here at Fletcher Floors, I was an Estimator for 2-years. I’m really good at being accurate, which is a valuable skill when it comes to surveying and bidding projects.

I take pride in everything I do. I enjoy playing music and am into drawing & tattooing. I very much believe it’s important to express yourself in a healthy and fun manner.

Bryan Mata

I work both in the Office and Warehouse, which is the best of both worlds. I really jumped at the Warehouse position because I love it and even though it’s a stressful job l at times, it’s a fun and a good career for me.

I’m organized with my schedule, have gained people skills and most of all, I get things done. I believe in being open to change, not giving up, learning from my mistakes and I always try to better myself.

For example, when I was younger I was involved in wrestling; it helped me to control anger issues, while being part of a team taught me to listen & learn, especially finding-out that you’re not always right. I believe in loving myself and that we all need to be good to each other.

Marc Cuomo

I’m passionate about helping others meet their goals & deadlines. My professional journey started at the age of 12-years old and has led me to becoming the VP of Sales & Marketing at Fletcher Floors today.

The best reward as a Sales Rep is receiving a referral from an existing customer to a new prospective one. I hope the experiences and knowledge I share today helps with the next generation and beyond.

I’ve learned most people are their own harshest critic, of which I am one of those for sure and I always strive to do my best. I am a TOTAL Star Wars Geek! I’ve been riding Motorcycles for decades, as well as being a life-long music fan (attending 100+ of concerts and still counting).
